Do you need an officer to respond to a non-emergency call? 

The Lavon Police Department is dispatched through the Collin County Sheriff’s Office, please call dispatch at 972-547-5350  for all NON-EMERGENCY calls that require an officer to respond. Calling the Lavon Police Department Administrative Offices will only delay an officer response and in most times, you will only be asked to call dispatch.

For Lavon Police Department Records call 972-843-4219. The Records Division is open Monday – Friday (excluding Holidays) from 8am – 12pm & 1pm-5pm. Do not call the Records Division to reach an officer to make a police report.
